I hadn't gotten my hair done in over a year, and Alysha is truly a miracle worker! She listened carefully, gave thoughtful recommendations, and absolutely nailed both the balayage and the cut. My hair looks amazing-I'm obsessed! I'm so grateful for her talent and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This is my third time visiting ERA this year, each with different stylists. The first two times were good, they did a wonderful haircut and color, I was in and out in no time. This third time was different though. This time I met Mayci who greeted me upon arriving and offered me a coffee with such a big smile and welcoming attitude. My stylist was Fatima, she described, explained, and answered all questions in detail and with patience. I mistakenly selected a root touch up service online when I should’ve selected a full color. Fatima kindly agreed she would be able to complete a full color before her next appointment with Mayci’s help. They both carried on with such joy whereas I’ve experienced other salons visibly upset or annoyed when they’ve had to take longer due to me having more hair or longer hair in some occasions. Mayci also used it as a learning opportunity from Fatima and I enjoyed seeing the teamwork. In the background, Pam did not stand still moving from station to station to tidy up or ask if anyone needed anything, clients and staff included. I’m not sure if there were changes in management, staff, or just procedures, but whatever it was made a huge difference from the previous visits. I booked my next two appointments with Fatima already and I can’t wait until Mayci also has her own chair, I’d be happy to sit in it too!

Emily is the best hairstylist ever! I initially met her in 2020 for a color correction and left the appointment with my dream hair! She continues to amaze me every time I see her—always creating the exact look I want, going above and beyond my expectations. She is so fun and genuinely cares about each of her clients. I will never go to another stylist!

I found this salon after a coworker of mine mentioned it, and I am so glad I did! I haven’t had my hair cut professionally in years and Jazmin did a beautiful job giving me a long layered haircut with face framing pieces. She was also super sweet and created such a comfortable environment, highly recommend her!
